For practical or financial reasons you may consider buying raw materials in bulk or packed form. For your business process you might be designated to another package form. DAZ can help you with this. In our own warehouse, we are able to repack your raw materials using several (mostly made of stainless steel) machines. We are able to repack your raw materials or residual materials;

We have an on-site calibrated weighbridge fit for 60 tonnes. With the use of badges we are able to weigh the full and empty weight of trucks and register it in our computers. Receipts can be printed on site or send by e-mail automatically.

We have 10 silo's available at our site of 200m3 designed for storage of plastic granulate. Currently we are working on converting these to a broader range of materials. In that process we also focus on creating safer ways for accessing the silo's, the truck and loading valves. 

In close cooperation with Hoover Ferguson and VQM Packaging we have developed a new service for the conditioned handling and transport of both fresh and spent catalyst.

The service includes the part removal of the air inside the bin by creating a vacuum inside the  bin and replace the air with either CO2 or Nitrogen, whatever the customer for plant requires. 

The repacking and storage of catalyst requires special attention and handling. Given the value of this product, but also because of the special characteristics of these products, we provide extra focus on:

For the storage of your valuable goods we provide several storage facilities. Next to storage in pallet racks with a max. load of 3000 kg per beam pair, we also have wide floorpositions with spacious walk-throughs. It is also possible to store crates and boxes of exceptional sizes here. All storage locations are saved in our own storage registration system. On arrival, goods are checked in and provided with a barcode sticker. On storing the goods, the product is linked to the storage location.

For controlled and break-free repackaging from drums we have two repack-lines. For grainlike products we use a semi-automatic drum-tilting installation. This installations fills a hopper of 1,5 M3 from which a spiral conveyer screw the product gets transported upwards. Underneath the exit of the conveyer screw both 2M3 containers as bigbags can be placed. These can be filled according to weight. The dust and air is constantly filtered by a special suction system during the process. For rod-shaped products which are break-sensitive we use a rotating barrel clamp and pouring funnel.
